We offer free shipping for orders within the United States that are $25 and up while we offer a standard shipping rate of $6.71 for orders that are below $25 within the United States and orders take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. We do not ship out on weekends.

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as COVID-19, holidays and the weather which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Because it is our main concern to create an amazing experience with our products, we have made a full-proof installation process that anyone can follow. All you need are a pencil marker and a jigsaw.

We carry a white variation for all our doors along with black and brown. However, some of our customers have personally painted their Purrfect Portal cat doors in different colors which also looks amazing!

Our hollow core-designed cat doors are compatible with regular doors, for thicker doors, there can be a gap between the cat doors. Our cat doors are designed to fit perfectly on doors that range in thickness from 1.25" to 1.75”.

We recommend having it installed in a normal wooden door for a firm fit and installation.

Our current cat doors are designed for interior use. While some customers adapt them for garage/RV doors, we still advise installing it on interior doors to ensure optimal product function and durability. In line with this, we are developing a cat door that can be installed for interior walls, so stay tuned!

Yes. Our cat doors have two sides which will be placed on each side of your door.

We recommend taking off your door for ease and firm installation.

You can browse our selection of replacement parts for most of our cat doors and purchase them on our website. They can be found under Shop>Replacement Hardware.

It depends! The hole size plays a huge role. For your convenience, we've listed down which doors you can swap.

- Meow Manor XL can replace French Door and Meow Manor
- French Door can replace Meow Manor
- Meow Manor cannot replace Meow Manor XL and French Door

Unfortunately, none of our current doors can replace Purrfect Portal XL and the Original Purrfect Portal

Alternatively, you can download a cut-out template of the replacement door from our website, to see if the hole is bigger than the existing one.
