We offer free shipping for orders within the United States that are $25 and up while we offer a standard shipping rate of $6.71 for orders that are below $25 within the United States and orders take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. We do not ship out on weekends.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as holidays or weather conditions. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll help look into it.

Yes! We offer order cancellation within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be canceled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so long as the order has not shipped out yet.

Because it is our main concern to create an amazing experience with our products, we have made a full-proof installation process that anyone can follow. All you need is a pencil to mark your cut and a cutting tool, preferrably a jigsaw.

When it comes to upgrading or swapping out your cat door, a few of our earlier models have newer options that can step right in. Here’s the rundown:

• Meow Manor can be upgraded to Gnome Door, French Door, or Meow Manor XL
  
• French Door has the most flexibility—it can be replaced by MM, GD, FRD, or MMXL
  
• The original Purrfect Portal can be swapped for Gnome Door
  

For the rest of the lineup—Gnome Door, Fairy Door, Beach Hill, Meow Manor XL, Purrfect Portal with Brush, Purrfect Portal XL, and Wall Entry Meow Manor—there aren’t direct replacements available right now.

One quick note: even when a replacement option is available, you may need to adjust or resize your existing cut-out to get the new door to fit just right.

All of our doors are available in white. That said, many of our customers have customized their Purrfect Portal cat doors with their own paint colors, and the results look amazing.

Our cat doors are designed to fit standard doors with a thickness between 1.25" and 1.75" for a clean, secure fit.

They work with both solid and hollow core doors. For thicker doors outside of this range, there may be a visible gap between the interior and exterior frames.

Our doors can also be installed on other surfaces, as long as the thickness falls within the recommended range.

Our current cat doors are designed for interior use. While some customers adapt them for garage/RV doors, we still advise installing it on interior doors to ensure optimal product function and durability.

Yes. Our cat doors have two sides which will be placed on each side of your door.

We recommend taking off your door for ease and firm installation.

Yes! We have added a section on our website where you can download all the cut-out templates for all our cat doors. You can find it under Installation>Cut-out Templates, or simply click here.

You can browse our selection of replacement parts for most of our cat doors and purchase them on our website. They can be found under Shop>Replacement Hardware.
