  Is it difficult to install?
  Because it is our main concern to create an amazing experience with our products, we have made a full-proof installation process that anyone can follow. All you need are a pencil marker and a jigsaw.

  Is it compatible with thick doors?
  Our hollow core-designed cat doors are compatible with regular doors, for thicker doors, there can be a gap between the cat doors. Our cat doors are designed to fit perfectly on doors that range in thickness from 1.25" to 1.75”.
  
  I lost my cat door's screws and screw caps. Where can I buy them?
