FAQs

Does it work on thick doors?
The Meow Manor® XL fits doors 1.25"–1.75" thick. Thicker doors may leave a small gap between the panels.

Is installation difficult?
No special skills needed. The included template and instructions make installation simple — most customers finish in under 25 minutes.

What makes the no-flap design different?
Unlike traditional flap doors, Meow Manor® XL has an open entry design that’s quieter, paw-safe, and requires no training for your cat to use.

What if I lose the screws?
